CP7.0 project presentation at Stanford Center for Image Systems Engineering (SCIEN)

After the special session at MMRMA conference in Electronic Imaging 2014 which was in San Francisco USA, CP7 consortium took the opportunity to visit the Stanford Center for Image Systems Engineering (SCIEN) at Stanford University campus. SCIEN is located at the David Packard Electrical Engineering department at Stanford University campus. Conference News Publications

A successful conference special session and presentations at EI2014

A special session was organised by the CP7.0 consortium in the MMRMA conference at Electronic Imaging 2014. Prof. Jon Yngve Hardeberg gave an invited talk on CP7.0 project goals, challenges and accomplishments. A total of 10 papers are published by the consortium (at the MMRMA conference) in EI2014. News Training Events

CP7.0 Training event 4, TUD, Germany

The fourth training event of the project was organised at TUD, Darmstadt, Germany on December 2 – 6,  2013. The event was attended by all the research fellows as part of the training program in the CP7.0 project.

The training covered the area of gamut mapping in the colour reproduction field along with spectral imaging workflow and traditional printing workflows in detail. To know more, please click here.

CP7.0 Project team visit Technische Universität Darmstadt, Darmstadt, Germany

June 13, 2013, CP7.0 project members Aditya Sole, Radovan Slavuj and Ludovic Coppel visited the CP7.0 project partner Technische Universität Darmstadt (TUD), Darmstadt, Germany. The CP7.0 project team at Darmstadt (Dr. Steven Le Moan, MSc Sepideh Samadzadegan along with Dip-Ing Jana Blahova) did provide introduction to the laboratories at the Printing Science department at TUD. The Norway team also participated in psychophysical experiments currently being conducted as part of the CP7 research activities carried out by Dr. Le Moan.

CP7.0 Project participation at the Graphic Arts Color Experts’ Day at Frankfurt, Germany

CP7.0 project members Radovan Slavuj, Srikrishna Nudurumati, Ludovic Coppel and Aditya Sole participated in the work group meetings on June 10th and 11th, 2013 and in the Graphic Arts Color Experts’ Day organised by ICC on June 12, 2013 at Frankfurt, Germany. CP7.0 project and consortium was presented at the Experts’ Day by Radovan Slavuj and Aditya Sole giving information on the research being carried out in the project and the FP7 Marie Curie ITN funding received for the research from REA, Brussels.
